The worldwide phenomenon that is Harry Potter arrived in cinemas with this delightful adaptation of JK Rowling’s novel. On Harry Potter’s 11th birthday, the giant Hagrid appears and informs him that his parents died defending him from Lord Voldemort, the most powerful and fearsome wizard the world has ever known. His presence is therefore requested at a wizard school, Hogwarts. In the year that follows Harry (Daniel Radcliffe) learns how to cope with a dark and insidious plot to return Voldemort to his former glory.
