Final Fantasy Seifer

Seifer Almasy is a gunblade specialist at Balamb Garden, an elite military school. His lifelong dream is to become a Sorceress's Knight, which he succeeded in, but with dire consequences. His rival at the Garden is Squall Leonhart, a fellow student, and gunblade specialist. On the surface, Seifer seems cold and aloof, almost cruel, but his harsh exterior is really hiding a low self esteem, and personal fears about himself. He also seems to be hardest on the ones he cares about the most. Seifer is also quite hot.
